Sages harvest the wisdom of their lives and find ways to transmit that wisdom as a legacy to future generations. We don’t become sages just because we grow older. We have to work on it. Join us and our team of nationally known speakers as we:
- Examine our attitudes and fears about aging.
- Connect to our inner wisdom through growth techniques of psychology and spirituality.
- Learn to nourish ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually.
- Examine our past through a ‘life review’ process and ‘life repair’ exercises.
- Gain an understanding that forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves.
- Face our own mortality with courage and serenity.
- We identify ways to serve as mentors and healers.
