When is the May 2013 Festival of Faiths?
The Center for Interfaith Relations is privileged to host a special Festival of Faiths to help prepare the community for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s visit to Louisville in May 2013. The 18th Festival of Faiths, Sacred Silence: Pathway to Compassion, will take place May 14th through the 19th at Actors Theatre of Louisville and the Galt House Hotel.
Will there still be a Festival of Faiths in November 2013?
Yes! The special May Festival of Faiths is being presented in addition to the annual Festival, which will take place in November 2013. Dates and details for the November 2013 Festival of Faiths are still under development. Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer asked the Center for Interfaith Relations to host a special Festival of Faiths in May to help prepare the community for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s visit to Louisville, and we are happy to oblige.
How can I get tickets for the May 2013 Festival of Faiths?
Tickets for the May 2013 Festival of Faiths will go on sale in early March and will be available through the Actors Theatre of Louisville’s box office. All events (free and charged) will require a ticket. Ticket prices for individual programs range from $10 to $25. Day passes will be available for $25, and passes for the entire Festival will be available for $100. Specifics on group packages and discounts (students, for example) are still to be determined. (Fees may apply.)

The Drepung Gomang Institute is the host organization for the Dalai Lama’s visit to Louisville. Tickets and programming information are available at www.dalailamalouisville.org.
