Louisville’s Muslim Community warmly welcomes you to come together for dialogue and collaboration at the American Turkish Friendship Association Center at 4711 Progress Boulevard. Drinks, snacks and sweets provided.
Lets learn more about each other and the various grassroots actions we can participate with, in the face of increasing Islamaphobia, racism, homophobia, transphobia, attacks on poor and working class people, immigrants, and women. During the close of the 2016 year, several social justice activists and organizations came together to look at ways to network and learn more about each other.
The Muslim community here in Louisville has been warm and welcoming and one of their centers gladly open their doors to this beginning of dialogue and collaboration. So join us for food and socializing and learning about the amazing grassrooots organizing that is going on in all our communities.
Event is free of charge, Wheelchair accesible and child friendly.
